Lend A Hand

I would be forever grateful if someone, anyone, could help me finish the pain-staking process of transferring my blog and installing Thesis 1.6.

What I’ve done so far:

– Purchased Thesis Theme 1.6

– Purchased 1 year of self-hosting from Blue Host.com

– Transferred my domain name

– Installed WordPress (?)

I am really clueless about what to do next. I think I need to transfer my content from WordPress to Blue Host, as well as install my new theme. You don’t know how much I’d appreciate your help, as this is becoming one huge stress.
