Hill’s Healthy Banana Bread

This banana bread recipe is vegan and just slightly sweet – a great morning or afternoon snack!


  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla


  • 2 cups all-purpose OR whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Stir dry ingredients into banana mixture.

Bake at 350 F either in a loaf pan (about 45 minutes) or a muffin pan (about 20-25 minutes).

Enjoy or freeze for future “on the run” eats : )
