Blogger Banana Bread

This recipe is adapted from Kath’s Chocolate Walnut Bread @ Kath Eats Real Food.

Dry:

  • 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Wet:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup agave
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1 T pure vanilla extract

Fold In:

  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Mix wet. Mix dry. Mix wet into dry. Fold in chocolate chippers ‘n’ nuts. Pour into a buttered loaf pan. Bake @ 350* F for 45-50 minutes.
